Avis compromises my safety and comfort

My insurance company (Discovery) booked me a car from Avis Bloemfontein. This morning they gave me a car with dust on the steering wheel and dashboard, I decided to overlook that. On my way home the window roller dropped and fell on my feet whilst the car was in motion, thank God nothing serious happened. I went back to report it and the gentleman casually told me that Avis was aware of the issue, so it means they hid that information from me. Now I just discovered that rear speakers are not in a working condition. So Avis does not care about my safety and comfort. I wonder what is it I am going to discover tomorrow. I feel like Avis believes that they are doing me a favour and i do not deserve the service I paid for.
