Avis committing ***** on my card for someone else

On 27 February 2020 I had an amount of R417 deducted from my FNB account by Avis rentals. Today another amount of R425 was deducted from my account. I am unable to reverse it as it's not a debit order. I called Avis 17 times today and I have emailed 5 times and no one is able to reverse my funds. BUT here it gets interesting. Apparently someone used my card details on a booking on the website which it impossible as I have my card with me. Secondly how the f!@/ do you allow someone with a totally different name and surname to use my card?? It is pure *****!!!! Now I have to pay an advocate so that I can claim and sue Avis because they are the ones deducting money without my consent and without me being the main driver of whoever hired whatever car. PLEASE DO NOT USE AVIS !!!! I WILL BOYCOTT AVIS AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SEE WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE AT AVIS FIRED AND JAILED FOR THE ***** COMMITTED ON MY CARD!!
