Avis charges R300 handling fee for forwarding a traffic fine

<p>After my last review of Avis, which they didnt respond to, regarding being charged a R350 surcharge for finding a dog hair on the back seat, in the small print on my current rental i see R300 handling fee for traffic fines. Really R300. what is going on here? besides the exhorbitant insurance charges, these extra charges are a joke.</p> <p>and i'm still waiting for acknowledgement for the last time!</p>
