Avis charges for someone else's booking

I have been trying to call and email AVIS for 2 weeks now with no luck. I was charged R 925.01 on Friday 11 June without my permission. This charge was actually supposed to be for the person who hired the car AFTER me. I was therefore **********ly charged for someone else's booking! Avis used my card details without my permission for a charge that was not for me. This is *******!!!

A client services guy called Keenan told me that I would be refunded. It is now 2 weeks and I have received no refund. I expect my money back on Monday!
