AVIS charges an extra day rental for 4 minutes over.

AVIS charged me an extra day's rental because on their system the car was returned 33 minutes over the time. Their grace period is only 29 minutes. No consideration given to the fact that I took the time to fill the car for them. No consideration given to the fact that the queue was long and that 4 minutes was easily the time I had to wait in the queue for the attendant.
