AVIS CHARGE ME ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF DAYS I HIRED YOUR CAR, NOT MORE.

I am reporting unfair treatment by Avis Car Rental (Mthatha Airport. I hired an Opel Crossland on Friday 11 August 2023. I picked it up after 09:00 am. I was told to return it before 09:00 am on Sunday 13 August 2023. I returned the car at 08:47 am and completed their logbook using a security guard's pen who was in the building with another security guard. To my surprise, I am charged for 2 days 5 hours and 13 minutes. On Wednesday, 16 August 2023, I contacted Avis Car Rental (I think its their Head office) *** who did not get back to me until I called again today at 13:40 pm. After contacting ***, I also telephonically contacted Avis Mthatha at ***. They also did not get back to me until I called them again today at 13:34 pm. I am unfairly charged.
