Avis Car Sales Sells Cars With Patched Tires

Avis Car Sales Bloemfontein sold me a car with a tire that was patched and not a brand new tire. I went to the branch and asked to speak to the Manager, I was told that he is coming but the Manager never came to address my complaint after waiting 30 minutes. I then logged a complaint on the website and still have not been contacted, it's been over 2 months now and still nothing. I am now stuck with a patched tire I need to pump every 4 days, the situation with the tire has gotten worse.
