AVIS CAR SALES RANDBURG Poor sales and After sales of vehicles

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Issue 1</span></p> <p>I recently purchased a Ford Eco Sport Titanium from AVIS car sales in Randburg only to find that Kms advertised on the site and what was given when I went to pick up the car there was a diffrence of over 10000Ks.The manager at that point then stepped in and offered 5000 less on the purchase amount.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Issue 2 </span></p> <p>It took a period of over 1 week to finalise the registration period for the vehichle in the meantime the liscense disk had expired already.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Issue 3 </span></p> <p>Avis Sticker for service plan not provided.</p> <p>I was advised that it was placed in my service book and was requested to send through pictures to show that it really wasnt there.Adolf Chauke (Sales contact person) then came out to view the book to "ensure" that it really wasnt there.After a week I have yet to receive it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find there general don’t care attitude distasteful and regret ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.</p>
