Avis Car sales Pietermaritzburg *******

My complain is on Avis car Sales, Pietermaritzburg. The car sales agent processed additional transactions without informing me. There was an additional R2000 just for car tracker which I did not authorise. There was a R4500 for smash and grab which he never bothered to inform me about. He let telling me to book the car for a service as soon as possible and it turns out there was a fault in the car which I discovered 3 months after buying the car. Luckily the car was still under warranty. However when I tried to contact him he was "on leave" and never bothered to get back to me. The log book was missing and they had to collect the car from me inorder to register it. Terrible experience for a "reputable" company like Avis Car sales Pietermaritzburg.
