Avis car rentals ****med me
My insurance hired a car for me while they were fixing my car(AVIS lanseria),when i received the car there was no inspection done with the avis representative but after returning they car they debit my account without telling me, When I called the customer care I was told it was for damages on the car.....i don't understand what damages as I returned the car without those damages they are talking about and I'm not even aware of the damages. I cannot be paying for something that i do not know and avis did not discuss with me before debiting my account
1.Why would avis go to my bank account without me accepting or acknowledging the damage? 2.The inspection was never done what if i was given that car with those damages which i don't even know where are those damages

I'm going to open a ***** case and report avis to my insurance,now my bank account is sitting on minus for something which I don't know.
I fail to understand why was i not given the inspection sheet that shows that the car did not have damages and when returning it why was the inspection not done again....only when i left.
Please advise when will this be resolved.
