Avis Car Rentals is Useless!!!

Please please never use Avis for a rental. Use Budget or Eurocar!

I have not been paid back my deposit for a two day Trip I did in November 2024! One minute payment is being processed, next thing they don't know how much they owe me then it's a claim that I owe them! What a mess! All this for a mere R4 200? Can I please have my money back!!!! Do I need to resort to petty tactics now? ***!!!!
