Avis Car Rentals

Avis Car Rentals has very bad customer service, they debit my personal bank account for a traffic fine which they did not even have the decency to notify me and only to find out that they made a mistake and are too proud to correct they mistake... I will never ever use Avis Car Rental or advise anyone to use it... Bad bad bad service
