Avis car rental took my deposit and never return

Avis car rental Is waste of time In 2020 my vehicle was booked in for repairs My insurance rented me a vehicle from Avis until mine was repaired

I paid a deposit of R1500 for the deposit to Avis used it until my vehicle was ready and returned it back

A day after I was charged for returning the vehicle which was not my fault it was my insurance that never extend my leased Which they resolve and refunded me back All the refunds I have received but my deposit R1500 I did not receive from July 2020 till now

I have been emailing Avis they said the same thing all the time the money has been released in my account I have been on the call with my bank and they tell me no money was released in my account No balance was adjusted till now So we’re is my money Avis don’t know

This is very frustrating to know they don’t loom into the matter further they don’t return your calls They just tell you the same thing over and over It is a very poor service from Avis I hope They don’t treat other clients like this
