AVIS CAR RENTAL - *******

I hired a vehicle from them for a few days, they told me the vehicle should be returned with full tank of petrol - I ensured this when I returned the vehicle. <br> <br> I was then charged for petrol, thereafter I was charged again (directly off my bank account with no reason for the *****ing of the money) when I enquired I was told that the second charge was for e-tolls - I then accepted this charge as well. - all this happened in October 2015.<br> <br> Then in December my account is debited for R 126.00 and again a mere 4 days later for another R 118.00. again no reason provided - when asked, Joanne (the only person at the hatfield branch capable to assist) responds that it appears to be for e-tolls... but I have not been driving the car!!!!<br> <br> I only gave authorisation for the deposit to be taken from my bank account - nothing more... this is theft and they cant even explain why they are *****ing they have not even apologised, or tried to rectify the situation.<br>
