Avis Car Rental takes my money

I had an accident with my car and Discovery Insure arranged an Avis car for me. The car rental forms part of my Discovery Inure policy and I did not have to pay for it. Avis then deducted two amounts without communicating with me. I requested them to pay back the money but they still ignore me after more than four months. I will never deal with them again!
