Avis Car Rental - STAY AWAY!!!

Seriously don't even deserve this one rating. ABSOLUTE *******!! We fill the car with petrol before returning it as this is what the policy stipulates, and then i still get debited for filling up a car regardless. How do you fill up a car that is already been filled??????? They initially also told me that it was due to additional cover I had taken which i have not. When returning the car, NO HAND over was done at all and I was not asked to sign anything. The gentleman did a walk around the car and took my keys and that was it! Now i have been fighting for 2 weeks to get the "fuel bill" reversed. I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!
