AVIS Car Rental SA stole my money.

The customer service of Avis Car Rental SA has been the worst I've ever experienced. I took out a rental in September and they took my holding deposit for the car which has never returned to me to this day (3 months later). Today I woke up to a debit which I know nothing about from them. I now believe that they run a ********** company that steps people's money. Theur excuse is their mercantile bank takes 30-60 days, well are beyond those and still nothing. I would never recommend this ********** car rental company to anyone.
