Avis car rental ****** me

Please dont ever use this company who ****** me out of at least R2500. I used my wizzard number and got a quote for a family car for R462.13 (yes, its a very low quote for two days of car rental but this is what i was quoted and convinced me to use Avis - this quote was even emailed to me from their own system!) and then they deducted around R3500 from my account! The initial quote also stated that additional kilometers will be charged at R2.08/km but Avis, as honest as they are, charged me a massive R3.46!!! Upon approaching their customer services, they told me that I was supposed to have paid R2955 but refuse to explain why they are ignoring the quote I got from them and why their per km rate is way above the quote. No one seems willing to assist and they seem happy to rob a client our of so much money. They should be shut down for their dishonesty!!! After nearly three weeks of trying to resolve this, Im taking legal steps because i doubt i'll find an honest person that is willing to assist. STAY AWAY FROM THESE *******! Im giving them 1 star only because no stars or zero is not available.
