Avis car rental refusing to pay my refund

I booked a car at Avis car rental Pretoria. I paid a deposit of R2 000. I was told the money will paid in a weeks times. I returned the car on 01 August 2024. Two weeks later the refund is not paid. I have written multiple e-mails but they are just refusing to refund me. Their customer service is so poor. They treated me badly and would never encourage anyone to use Avis car Rental.
