Avis Car rental Refund too long
I understand that it Avis company policy to refund with 10 working days. My grievance and point of view is that this time to refund client deposits should be made shorter as much as they instantly take the rental deposit upon a client picking up a car.
I also believe that this idea would help Avis have more client to rent and make use of their car hire services as clients would not have to wait for a long period to get their refunds.
