Avis Car rental questionable petrol and toll charges as in 2016

RA ********** 32 and RA ********** 75 I rented a car from Avis 18-20 May pick up Lanseria and drop off ORT as I same time of year 2016. I filled the car up (R125) before delivery back to ORT and yet as in 2016 I was charged to refill the car - this time with 1.54Litres of petrol - go figure!! As in 2016 Avis did refund me the petrol cost but point is this evident **** is still continuing Be aware when you hire a rental car from Avis The same app**** to the toll fees - on way to and from ORT using exactly the same route the toll fees differed - go figure this as well and on the return trip I did not fill the car but they somehow got to put R152.60 into the vehicle - same route Highly questionable business
