Avis car rental. Pathetic service.

After booking in advance, the car did not turn up. I had to phone to find out where the rental car was, it then turned up 45 minutes later. I phoned them two days in advance to arrange for them to collect their vehicle, they didn't turn up. I phoned, an hour later they came to collect it. Pathetic service.
