Avis car rental pathetic service

Pathetic service Rental company never asked if I can drive automatic they sent an automatic car to me, I gave my physical address to the agent and they sent their driver to a completely different suburb. When collecting the car the agent collected the car on the 4th of November on the 5th I got a message they collecting the vehicle at 4pm when it was already collected the day before. The refund was supposed to be done by the 18th November today is the 20th still not done I called in waited 20 minutes only to be told they need to investigate i asked for a manager to call me, it has been more than 3 hours im still waiting. What Pathetic service. Will never use them again and will advise everyone i know to do the same thing.
