AVIS CAR RENTAL not refunding me my money

The worst, Horrible, The biggest mistake i made last year was using Avis car rental

I paid 5k upfront before taking the car brought it back in time the invoice came in few days after my return the total on the invoice was R5170 they then placed a hold on my account of that amount NOT R170 but a whole R5170 though I paid the 5k already ,its the 4th of February today my 5000 has NOT been refunded though I sent an email last week explaining what has happened and waited 72 hours though on their response they said it will take 48hrs .

This has affected me alot as I don't have free 5000 to just wait for Avis to give back to me when they feel like it .

If you need to hire a car find other companies Avis is bull**** and a half
