AVIS CAR RENTAL - NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN

Someone is taking a FAT chance at the Avis branch at the Jhb airport. We had a vehicle for 4 days, there is no way we did 1839km, we literally visited my mother and went for lunch, half the time I was sick with a nasty flu.

I requested the GPS co-ordinates from the 18-28 of January 2019 with no response, there is a rotten fish in this story and I am going to open a case against Avis for *****. Plus will lodge this with the Ombudsman.

The first invoice was incorrect, it had the wrong book in date and time, this included the wrong kilometres. Which means that someone took the car for a joy ride and only booked it in on the 28th of January. We have EVIDENCE that we left Johannesburg on the 22nd of January and we rented another vehicle in CT that was NOT with AVIS.

When I email the accounts woman she keeps telling me the invoice is correct after I have even emailed her our flight ticket, there is no place I can find online to get into contact with the legal department as I can't deal with *********** people anymore.

I WILL NEVER USE AVIS AGAIN
