Avis Car Rental Menlyn Pretoria

I am extremely disgusted with the service received from Avis Car rental in Menlyn Pretoria. I rented a car out on the 19th of February 2021 and returned it on the 26th of February 2021. After returning the car I was given my deposit back and then received a call claiming damages to the rental. I then spoke to atleast 6 different people from Avis requesting the evidence they had of the damages but none were able to assist me. No evidence was shown to me that I damaged the car. They then debited my account of my refund again even though my account had no funds in it. Now I sit in the negative on my bank account and threats about sending me to the debt collectors yet no one can show me the evidence they speak about. I am highly disappointed as it's the first time renting a car and will be the LAST ever to rent from Avis again. I won't recommend them to anyone.
