AVIS CAR RENTAL MELYN - Worsed experience

I would not recommend AVIS car rental menlyn to anyone, firstly I received a vehicle that I did not place a booking for online as the agent advised the vehicle was not available, didn't understand why if I did online booking two days prior to collection date, on arrival I paid a deposit of 6k but and was advised it would be paid back if the vehicle is return in good condition which it was, now I only received a refund of 4k with no explanation where my other 2k went, my first and last time using their service
