Please try and stay away from Avis, it’s been a month now and still I have to be going back and forth with no clear answers with regards to my holding deposit. The agreement clearly states that the authorisation hold will be cleared within 5 to 10 business days, I called on Monday and was advised that my money will be in my account in 48 hours, 48 hours later I call and now get told a million other stories, really ridiculous.
