AVIS CAR RENTAL IS A NO GO AREA!!!

Renting a car at avis was the biggest mistake ever, first i paid the deposit when i returned the car they gave me an invoice for Etolls and Petrol and they just debited my account with the amount of R895.27 mind you they still have my deposit of R1200. called them requested my money back they refunded us.

Today since the 10 Dec 2017,we were debited R335 not knowing for what. when i called them they say they redirected a traffic ticket from their name to mine .thats the fee for that

Why debit my account without my concern ,not even calling me

Agg mine their customer service is pathetic yeer
