Avis Car Rental - extremely poor!!

Terrible experience. Will never use Avis ever again. Highly inflated repair costs to the smallest scratch that was incurred. Further damage costs were added onto quotations for damage that wasn't incurred during my rental. And they debit you without communication of these damages, and without fair chance to dispute. Communication is extremely poor. There was no pre-inspection done which is very unprofessional. Overall I feel their approach to be blatantly *********. For a multi-million rand international company, I expected better. So if you go Avis, go at your own peril.
