Avis car rental deposit

Been waiting for Avis to return my holding amount for over a month😑 Customer care makes me hold after giving rental agreement number then they end the call. After being thrown from pillar to post they asked me to wait for 3 days for funds to reflect on my account but they do the same thing when I call again. Avis car rental deposit/holding amount is a money making ****!!!

Please note that our team sent a letter to the bank. The bank confirmed that there is no pending authorisation in your account which means the funds were automatically released to your available balance.
