Avis car rental

I am very disappointed with Avis. I have rented a vehicle on 21 August 2024 from the Rustenburg branch and has to pay R2000,00 deposit. I was told that when I return the vehicle, my deposit will be refunded into my bank account after 7 days It is now already 14 days and I still have not been refunded. Calling them is of no use because an Eletronic message replies that i must call back the following day because of high volume calls When I eventually got through to them, the explanation given and the initial statement when i rented the vehicle is not the same.

I will also send a copy to my insurance never to use Avis (sick) again
