AVIS Car Rental conduct is shameful.

I am beyond disappointed by AVIS car rental. I got car rental via my Insurance at AVIS around 1st October 2020. I returned their Car around 15th October 2020, up until today I have not recieved my deposit that I paid them. 2 weeks ago I took it upon myself to call them, they told me the payment wasn't made yet because they had not closed my file properly at their Sandton branch and that they did not have my banking details on record, which they SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR IN THE DOCUMENTATION I signed when I took the car.

On the 6th November I was called by their rental office, I was informed my money was processed and will take 3-7 days. Today is the 17th November, still no Money. A rental that was returned on the 15th October and I still do not have my deposit a month later.

AVIS has zero respect for their Clients and I am shocked at how your systems work as a company. For such a big company I am beyond disgusted. If I had not called myself to enquire about my deposit, I would've had no response nor would anyone had the courtesy to call me or update me. Even after I call and demand my money, I am given empty promises. Sies!
