Avis Car Rental Condescending Call with Ivy

Just had the worst phone call with a women named Ivy. She was so condescending and disrespectful on the phone. My husband called to let me know we are running late to collect the car. She proceeded to check on their system and mentioned the car. The car we booked was not available and my husband said "Oh no, is there any other car?" she responds to whoever who was next to her and said "Shame his crying (In isiZulu). My husband proceeded to say "Ok that is fine". To top it off she said using a tone you would use talking to a toddler "ok my baby, we will see you letter then ok Baba". What is that???
