Avis car rental Cape town international airport ****

Rented car Avis Cape town international airport 8 December 2024 to 11 December 2024 upon pickup Avis employee had device note pad like with existing damages. Spotted many damaged not on that device, showed Avis employee starting with dent on exhaust stretches around car thinking he's noting them down we are inspecting together. I took pictures of all damages not on their device. On 11 December 2024 returned car we went through car again was told everything still same signed and was told will get my refund within 7 days. Hours later was sent picture of same scratch I spotted and took picture by email that they did another inspection while not present.
