Avis car rental be careful

I hired a car from Avis, on return there was a tiny scratch on top of a Rim panel inside the perusing tire. I was never in a situation to have created this scratch, I am 100% sure I did not do it, if you saw where this mark was anyone would ask how is it possible to do it. It’s hard to explain in text, but please be extra careful hiring cars from Avis, they charging me R 432 for something I did not do. I am a CEO of a company, it’s not about the money it’s because I did not do it.
