AVIS CAR RENTAL

Good morning I rent a car from Avis on the 30/08/2019 till 3 September 2019, I rent it for 5 days per day they give me 200 kilos means all 5 days was 1000 kilos, which I use or drive 687.5 kilos when I drop a car, Avis know says I exceeded kilos they charger me extra kilos which I dint drive those kilos my Booking confirmation for Lesunyane 1***-ZA-5 kindly I need your help, when I call their call centre they don't help me only make me hold for long time and drop my call. I take car at centurion branch their contact is ***, they even not send me invoice kindly assist me my contact *** email ***
