Avis car rental

I will never rent a car with avis again. During your rental they freeze money on your account which they promise to unfreeze in a months time after your rental, should there be no damages to the car. It is almost 2 months now and we still don't have our money back in our account. I have sent numerous emails and received no feedback from them.
