AVIS CAR RENTAL

Goodday I paid upfront for the hire of a Jeep Compass from Avis car hire . When we arrived in Milan for the F1 Grand Prix to collect the vehicle it was not available. They substituted it with a Fiat Tipo and had the audacity to charge double what we had already paid for in full. Did not expect this kind of service from a reputable company like Avis. I was ******!
