Avis Car rental

<p>I rented a car with Avis on Friday the 2nd and returned it on Sunday the 4th. They took a deposit and weekend fee that come close to R7000 in total . On Sunday they said the will reverse the holding money into my account within 48 hour. On wednesday the 7th the was still no money into my accout , then I decided to call them and it seams like their stuff has no visibility on the money that needs to be paid back, spoke the 2 agents they both hangup on me without understandinh if they processed the money.</p>
