AVIS BUDGET car rentals has retained my funds without the intention of refunding them. The representative involved in this matter is AYANDA MQHAYI. Despite having paid the entire access amount, the remaining portion of my deposit has not been returned. I have attempted to address this concern via email with AYANDA, but unfortunately, he continues to disregard my communication. The practices of AVIS in this situation are unjust and unacceptable.
