Avis car hire taking people for a ride

Avis car retail is taking people for a ride they took my funds saying I had a scratch on the car and when I took the car the guy told me it is a small scratch (polish scratch) so take the car its not a problem tried go to Avis pinetown but they jus give me same answer we they need to hr from the kingshaka Avis what to do.

I phoned the king shaka same several time and I'm sick of this and today I just found put iam not alone who have been crying for the same thing. I just contacted my lawyer to help me sue Avis for this negligence of customer care, and taking my funds.
