take your money and Run don't ever hire from them and if you do hire from them in you desperate don't ever pay anything upfront. if you cancel or if you go to cancel they give you stories and you must pay damages - which they take off any deposit upfront prior to a 'if you lucky' refund.

went to SAVRALA - industry ombudsman(Y40YYO09) - useless govt department just like all the rest no accountability and unhelpful - but 'hey we help the public for funding' is their motto after that 'helping public' stops. went to AVIS head office totally unhelpful. they want take 25% of you deposit for doing nothing
