Avis Car Hire - misleading fees

<p>I did an online vehicle hire - entry level car. At the end of the process my bill was R313.00 which could not be paid online. When collecting the car, I get told I have to pay for a 2nd driver of almost R400 because the payer is not the same person as the driver of the car. Principal contract holder (Payer) is deemed to be 1st driver and the actual driver is deemed to be the 2nd driver. So R313.00 became R700</p>
