AVIS CAR HIRE: ********** *******

Avis secured a deposit when I took delivery of a hired car. While I was using the car someone drove into the back of me and on returning the car Avis quoted me an amount which required me to secure a further amount. Avis now have 2 amount secured totaling R1737 from my account which I do not have access to until Avis take their hold off. Avis have further DEDUCTED another amount R1787.50 I am now out of pocket of more than double the agreed amount
