Avis car hire

<p>I had am accident 2 year back and my insurance hired a car for me at Avis. I did not have a credit card so I had to pay R1200 for insurencr and other things. I did not know how Avis works as it was the first time hiring a car. When I brought the car back it had a scratch which I informed the lady when I was dropping the keys. A week later I was call to say I owe R3600 as the car was badly hurt and need to go for repair. But in my case it was not so as it was only a scratch and I was told I'm coved for that.. I explained to the person that called me to give prove that the car was hurt which they did not. A different person keep calling me and now the handed me to MDS and they want me to pay 4500 to Avis. Please help I feel I have been taken advantage of.</p>
