<p> </p> <p>Hi Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>Avis Cape Town Airport is renting you broken cars that will ****s you and cause you financial damage.</p> <p> </p> <p>Prior to my Same Day Cape Town avos rental Hunday leaving also in 4 hours, I find a scratch on rear bumper on my Trust Inspection, after AVIS do a quality inspections right? Signed off all good.. yeaa right!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I return the car I see the clip holding the right front bumpet is loose. The field guy agree its a clip ad he see no damage not the greedy useless MD of hos company!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not bump your car as noted by YOUR STAFF there is not ANY scratches at all so it is your BAD maintenance that made the bumper rattle off the inside clip holding it In</p> <p> </p> <p>You Claim a Full bumper for your **** maintemance of a bumper that SELF release of a ****py Hundah by 3 cm ???!</p> <p> </p> <p>You charge your customers for your lack off maitenance! Rest assured your company and management is the issue off really **** management.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great news is I believe your staff is OK but hey your bosses all suck at being managers, and usually companies like you will not last!</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly your listed KPIs can **** your customers being this useless!</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad company!!!</p>
