Its Simon Given, I went to Avis to rent a car for the first time at Avis OR Tambo branch where by I was assisted by AJ as per name tag. He kindly asked if he can insure there car for windscreen and I said yes bcz windscreen can be damaged at anytime. And he insured the windscreen, so now they told me that they won't release my deposit as per they claim that I never insure windscreen and I remember AJ said it R30 per day to insure the windscreen but now Avis want to take my deposit. I will be glad if this matter can be resolved as soon as possible. I have returned the car last Saturday at around 20h00 and even today they never paid my money. And AJ said he will send me Email since the day of I rented the car and its seems it was his strategy or is how avis work to take people deposit. Even today there is no mail I've received since he said whatever I sign for it will be on the mail.
