Avis Budget - Worst Service - Blatant *****!!!

Worst service I have ever experienced and blatant *****!!! I rented a vehicle from Avis Budget Hatfield which I was in an accident with, result of another driver's negligence. The representative at the branch told me to pay the excess and after proving the negligence on the other party I would be refunded the excess in full. This has been carrying on for more than a year, now they have resulted to stating that no one made such a statement after stringing me along, never giving any feedback and handling the situation with no respect!
