Avis / Budget rental car - *****ulent deductions

This is now the 2nd time I have received a rental via my insurance from Avis / Budget. Both times the vehicle was late being delivered, the 1st time they also did not collect the vehicle as arranged and billed me for it. It took me over a month to get a refund from them. The 2nd time they again forgot to deliver the vehicle and again have deducted over R5000 from my account for no reason after return. The cover is via my insurance and the vehicle was returned both times as per arrangement with a full tank of fuel etc.

They are supposed to only put a R2000 hold on your card and then release the hold once the vehicle is returned. Neither of the 2 times did I receive invoices either.

The first time also after finally getting an invoice out of them they had also billed me for toll fee's incurred by them before delivering my vehicle and still have not refunded that either.

Every time they do this, I have to spend hours on emails trying to get a refund and have to wait meaning I have to either cough up the money to pay till I am refunded or get billed interest on my credit card till they refund.

I pay monthly for car rental on my insurance and when I had to make use of the cover a 2nd time due to problems from the panelbeaters they even tried to **** that I had used up my 30 days which again I proved to them I had not.

Attempts to report via their FB messenger and emails have also just been ignored.
